Students learn that they have value - not because someone plays with them or isn’t mean to them, but because their  Creator created them and their Creator wants to have a relationship with them because HE loves them. Knowing you have value beyond this world’s definition of value and are loved by God can carry one through life’s darkest moments. We have been so pleased with the kids' school over these last 4 years. I volunteer in the morning before school starts, and I am always amazed and grateful to see how kind and well-behaved the kids are with their friends and how respectful they are with their teachers. Every single teacher with whom I have interacted - and I have kids in the kindergarten, elementary, middle school and high school - demonstrates a real interest in each child - an interest in each child succeeding as caring, responsible and civic minded adults, but most of all an interest in making sure each child knows that they are here by God's perfect plan and that they can always rest in Him, knowing that when the rest of the world doesn't seem to care, their Creator loves them!
