Welcome to FCA Sports

“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
they shall walk and not faint.”  Isaiah 40:31

Fellowship Christian Academy has a long and proud athletic tradition. Sports that have been offered are girls volleyball, boys soccer, girls and boys basketball, and girls and boys tennis.

As a ministry of FBC we believe that athletics are a way of teaching our athletes about God through the various abilities that He has given them. It is also a way of bringing glory to God by their effort, attitude and example. Athletics are a part of the curriculum of FCA designed to teach and instruct the students that sports are a part of physical education. As such, our coaches are viewed as an extension of the classroom and they are expected to lead by example as well as instruction.

FCA is currently part of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) and more specifically the Commonwealth Athletic Conference (CAC). We participate in soccer, volleyball, basketball and tennis at the varsity level. We have a long history of producing championship teams through hard work and competitiveness. Not only do we teach with excellence but we place a high emphasis on sportsmanship. In 2015 and 2018, our girls basketball teams were given the “outstanding team sportsmanship award” which is presented to only one out of over 300 statewide schools. This award was presented at the TD Garden in Boston during the half time of a State Championship game.

As a private Christian school, we believe we give students a unique opportunity to compete in sports and to learn in ways that will prepare our student athletes for life’s challenges and relationships.
