Mrs. Kathy Mejia began as the FCA administrative assistant in 2019 after volunteering part-time in the position in 2018.  Mrs. Mejia is a graduate of the FCA class of 1990.  She home-schooled her children from elementary through high school and worked at FCA as a teacher’s aide in 3^rd and 4^th grade from 2001-2002.

The Mejias attend Fellowship Bible Church where she serves as a greeter.  Mrs. Mejia also serves in the nursery and on the cleaning crew.

She sites two passages of scripture as favorites.  The first is Psalm 19:14, “Let the words if my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.”

Second is Isaiah 43:1-2, “But now thus says the Lord, He who created you, O Jacob, He who formed you, O Israel: ‘Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned,  and the flame shall not consume you.'”

Other useful information is that food is her love language.  “Coffee and/or pizza will earn you brownie points!”
