Pastor Chris Dyer has been the teacher 9th and 10th grade Bible teacher since 2002.   Prior to this he served at FCA as music teacher, Spanish teacher, soccer coach, and also school administrator.  Pastor Chris graduated in 1989 with a Bachelors in Pastoral Theology with a Greek emphasis from Appalachian Bible College.    He served as an assistant pastor at Calvary Bible Church from 1990-1995.  He worked at Sanderson Piano Services from 1995-2002.  In 2002 he became the Assistant Pastor at Fellowship Bible Church, a role he currently fills.

Pastor Chris and his wife Teresa married in 1989.  They have four children:  Bethany Wakim, Laura who lives in SC, and sons Nathan and Ryan.  He is originally from Bangor, Maine and grew up in Billerica, MA.  Now living in Salem, NH, he enjoys many varied hobbies: motorcycles, snowmobiles, weight lifting, coffee roasting, cooking, home remodeling, movies, motor sports/racing, gardening, and music.

As the Assistant Pastor of Fellowship Bible Church, Pastor Chris has many responsibilities.   Besides teaching Sunday Morning Bible Classes and preaching Sunday evening messages, Pastor Chris leads the middle school youth group.  He is also an elder, the morning Worship Leader and Choir Director and is VBS Director.

Scriptures of particular meaning for him are Psalm 103:10, “He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.”  And Philippians 2:5, “Have this attitude in yourselves, which was also in Christ Jesus.”
